As a part of the ongoing intra college fest ‘Pratibha – 2012’, events like folk dance, mad-ads, debate and rangoli competitions were conducted on Tuesday, Aug 21. The Folk dance and the mad-ads drew in a huge crowd that enjoyed the staged performance. The folk dance was colorful and bright where the girls wearing traditional costumes, performed in a very classical and cheerful manner. The college Quadrangle was packed with, students and lectures who cheered and grooved along with the music. Two teams participated in mad-ads in which one team was more creative and humorous than the other.

Ten teams took part in the Rangoli competition held near the hostel, and showcased their creativity to the theme “August Reign”. The colorful art pleased many watchful eyes as the teams gave in their best to set the tone for this monsoon season."The duet was much better than the group; the folk dance was great as it was introduced this year and it was amazing for its first year" - Navyashree 3year BVC
