An agreement in the form MoU was signed between St Joseph’s College, Autonomous Bengaluru India, Institute Of Management Accountants, United States, Wiley India Private Limited United Kingdom and Miles Education Private Limited, Hyderabad, India

Mr. Fenil Vadakken, IMA Country Head - India, Dr Fr Victor Lobo SJ, Principal SJC, Dr Christo Selvan Prefect of Commerce, Ms. Lata Murli, Business Development Manager, Mr. Vikas Gupta Managing Director and Mr. Gaurav Tewari Head - Business Development Wiley India Private Limited, Mr. Michael Magner General Manager and Mr. Vimal K Joseph Manager – Business Development Miles Education Private Limited were the signatories.

This MOU outlined the initiative for mutual cooperation between the parties in the areas of
• IMA providing support to SJC to enable students to achieve the CMA certification,
• Wiley would support the MoU with the official CMA test preparation content,
   Wiley CMA excel Learning System, for CMA exam preparation of SJC students
• SJC shall be responsible for providing platform and access to its campus for IMA,
   Wiley and
• Miles to promote the IMA, the CMA certification program, the training services of
   Miles and Wiley’s suite of test preparation materials.
