Strategies OF IQAC according to NAAC at St. Josephs College

• IQAC shall evolve mechanisms and procedures for: Ensuring timely, efficient and progressive performance of academic, administrative and financial tasks which is done with help of different departments.
  
  
• The relevance and quality of academic and research programmes which is done with help of deans and research coordinators.
  
  
• Equitable access to and affordability of academic programmes for various sections of society which is done by the admission policy of the college.
  
  
• Optimization and integration of modern methods of teaching and learning which is done through timely conduct of staff development programmes.
  
  
• The credibility of evaluation procedures which is done by an independent examination system.
  
  
• Ensuring the adequacy, maintenance and functioning of the support structure and services which is done with the help of counselors/ mentors and vice principals.
  
  
• Research sharing and networking with other institutions in India and abroad. This is done by linkages with industries and the community service
